How long does the onboarding process take?
Most sellers go live within 2-5 business days after we receive and approve their documents.
Can I pause or temporarily close my store?
Yes. You can enable Vacation Mode or deactivate listings without deleting them.
Can I collaborate with other sellers or gift makers?
Absolutely. Local collaborations are encouraged and often create standout gifting experiences.
Is there a mobile app for sellers?
A desktop dashboard is available now. A mobile version will be launched in the future.
What support is available?
We provide onboarding assistance, an expanding knowledge base, and dedicated seller success agents reachable by email or chat.
What if my question is not listed here?
Email support@artooka.com and we will respond promptly.
Store Owners
What can I sell on Artooka?
Flowers, bouquets, gift boxes, artisanal goods, and other curated products suited to gifting. If you are unsure, apply and we will guide you.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application and documents. If approved, you receive a digital agreement and step by step onboarding instructions.
Do I have to use Artooka delivery or fulfillment?
No. Optional add ons like delivery or floral arrangement services can be enabled city by city.
How many products can I list?
Up to 100 active listings at any time. Each listing stays live for six months or until sold. Archive a listing to add a new one after reaching the limit.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are sent to your local bank. Artooka handles conversion and processing.
Are there monthly or hidden fees?
No monthly subscription or hidden fees. All fees are clearly stated in the contract.
Gift Makers
What is a Gift Maker?
A Gift Maker is a service provider who supports the gifting experience, such as logistics companies, delivery providers, floral fulfillment specialists, or print on demand creators.
I am a delivery company. How do I integrate with Artooka?
Once approved, you receive API documentation and integration support. You can offer services in specific locations or regions.
I provide floral fulfillment. Can I work with stores to prepare their arrangements?
Yes. Through the Fulfilled by Artooka program, you can design and package floral orders and earn commissions on each order you support.
I run a print shop. How can I join?
If you offer high quality on demand or bulk printing, you can support creators and corporate clients with items such as mugs, notebooks, and branded kits.
Can I control where I operate?
Yes. You choose which services to offer and in which areas. Artooka is built for flexibility.
How do I get paid for my services?
You receive payouts for each completed fulfillment or delivery according to pre agreed rates or revenue shares.
How do I get matched with sellers?
Artooka matches your services to stores based on location, capabilities, and coverage radius. Requests focus on local same day or next day delivery, not cross border shipping.
